Tools for Habit Change

In the past few messages, we’ve suggested ways to change bad habits including:

CHANGE DIRECTION - If you always stop at a certain donut shop on your way to work, take a different route. Change the environment.
TAKE BABY STEPS—Start by dedicating 2 minutes to the new habit, then slowly increase the time.
MAKE IT FUN - Pair the new habit with an activity you enjoy.
USE POSITIVE CUES - Cue the good habit by making it visible and easily accessible.
