Right Now

The idea “new year, new you” simply is not true. When the clock strikes midnight on the last day of December, there will be no magic spells or transformations that occur. We will not magically become a willpower-filled and newly-exercise-loving version of ourselves because the calendar changed. We all will be the same person when we wake up to a new year as we were at 11:59 pm on the last day of 2023.

But let me tell you something – that’s okay! Because you’re worthy of excitement and new beginnings and trying new things and working toward a goal exactly as you are NOW.

What are some things that might change at midnight? A renewed intention and commitment to yourself. More excitement for what’s to come - a new rush of hope. And we are not here to take any of that from you!

We are here to beg you not to always wait until a new year to believe you can start over and try something new.

We want to remind you that it’s ok if it takes time and many, many tries for your new habits or beliefs or goals to stick. It’s okay if it’s hard in the beginning.

We’re here to encourage you to be kind to yourself.

And we want to remind you that yes, you are capable of growth and change and also YOU ARE FUNDAMENTALLY GOOD AND WORTHY NOW.

Finally, we want to remind you of the DREAM4 benefit that your company provides you. If you don’t know much about DREAM4, we encourage you to ask some of your coworkers that have participated about the process. Connect with us and find out what DREAM4 is all about. Simply, it is about living life INTENTIONALLY. All successful people continually work on themselves – DREAM4 provides a framework to do just that. So be willing to be vulnerable and take the next step and set up a meeting. Our hope is that all of you have things to celebrate at the end of 2024 – let’s start now.
