We can adapt any of our Jump Start Program Options to a Retreat format suitable for a C-Suite of seasoned leaders, or any team ready to go deeper in their development as leaders and collaborators.
Program Options
Choose from 5 different curricular program offerings: CliftonStrengths, Team Building, Personal, Professional, or Leadership Development.
Schedule Options
Our experienced facilitators will collaborate with you to tailor the schedule to fit your goals for your retreat time. We can facilitate 1-2 day intensives, or multiple half-day workshops.
Assessment
Following the retreat, we’ll follow up for feedback and explore any areas where some additional coaching may be beneficial to keep the conversation going.

    Participants will receive a workbook, practical tools and resources, and the chance to practice using the skills learned. Our experience shows that the opportunity to engage on areas specifically targeted to their needs will invigorate your team’s passion for their work and the success of the organization.

    Yes! We are experienced in the art of recreation with purpose. Our approach can incorporate team-building exercises and casual, conversational interactions that deepen trust and connection.

    Our facilitators use interactive learning, which includes group discussions, experiential activities, facilitator instruction, and collaborative engagement.
