Group Training with Individual Coaching
Our Leadership material is designed with practical application components. We provide one-on-one individual coaching to support the training and help each participant identify ways to implement the skills in the day-to-day work environment
Flexible Training Schedule
Our Leadership Development Program offers multiple scheduling options ranging from a two-day jump start to a full-year-long format. Our desire is to provide the highest quality of coaching and training while working within your company’s calendar.
Customizable Material
Our core training is centered around four subject tracks: Team Dynamics, Leadership, Professional, and Personal. Each track is supported by four key tenets and an outcome. While these subject tracks build upon one another, we can start wherever best fits your leadership team.
Access to DREAM4 Coaches
Participants in the D4 Leadership Coaching Program have open access to their D4 Coach throughout the process. Participants can reach out and schedule a meeting to process situations and challenges “off-schedule” whenever needed.
Certified CliftonStrengths
A key tool we use is CliftonStrengths®, supported by Gallup. Self-awareness is foundational to becoming a leader of influence and stature. We start every leadership engagement with a Clifton’s Strengths assessment as it is an excellent tool for understanding who we are and why we make many of the choices we do.   
Confidentiality
Just like our Personal Coaching Program, all meetings between participants and D4 Coaches are confidential. No information will be shared, unless explicitly told otherwise. This creates a safe space to “think out loud" and allows the participant the freedom to process through any situation, personal or professional.
Our leaders who trained together with DREAM4 have created relationships between departments where they reach out to solve a problem, launch a new program, or seek advice. That was the kind of fiber level we wanted to get to - not just doing an assessment and revealing the results - we were building the individuals and then building the team across all strata of the organization.

  • How long does a typical coaching engagement last?

    Most organizations see optimal results with a 12-month initial engagement, though we offer flexible terms from 3-month to multi-year partnerships. This allows for meaningful behavior change, skill development, and cultural transformation. Many clients continue beyond their initial term as they see the ongoing value of supporting their people’s growth and development.

  • What's the difference between personal coaching and leadership coaching?

    Personal coaching focuses on individual growth and development across various professional and personal dimensions. Leadership coaching specifically targets skills needed to effectively lead teams, including delegation, motivation, and strategic thinking.

  • How do you measure the success or ROI of your leadership training?

    Our first measurement of ROI is that our clients continue to use us. We have multiple long-term relationships. A more practical measurement is our pre- and post-training assessment. We use this tool to gauge the effectiveness of our training.

  • What levels of leaders is this program designed for?

    DREAM4’s Leadership Development is designed for every level in an organization. We recommend our full program to all levels of leaders, supervisors, and team leads. We offer standalone one-on-one coaching mainly to C Suite leaders, and suggest that if they choose not to participate in the full group training program, to take the Two-Day Workshop so they can understand and support what their leaders and team leads will be learning.

  • Can your program be customized for our organization’s goals and culture?

    Yes. DREAM4’s Coaching is both structured and informal. Our informal coaching centers around one-on-one coaching where the participant dictates the topics or challenges they want to focus on. Our structured coaching can be tailored to meet your specific time and calendar requirements.

  • What makes your leadership development program different from others?

    Our emphasis isn’t on a weekend retreat or a three ring binder on a bookshelf. Our training centers around core leadership skills and traits. It is supported by one-on-one coaching and practical tools for application. Our coaches are available throughout the service agreement to contact when a difficult situation arises to offer objective perspective.

  • What topics or skills are covered in your leadership development curriculum?

    Our material is framed around our Maturity Model, which consists of the following tracks: TEAM Dynamics, LEADERSHIP, PROFESSIONAL, and PERSONAL. Each Track has four (4) specific topics with correlating activities to introduce practical daily application and long-term results.
