Our first measurement of ROI is that our clients continue to use us. We have multiple long-term relationships. A more practical measurement is our pre- and post-training assessment. We use this tool to gauge the effectiveness of our training.
DREAM4’s Leadership Development is designed for every level in an organization. We recommend our full program to all levels of leaders, supervisors, and team leads. We offer standalone one-on-one coaching mainly to C Suite leaders, and suggest that if they choose not to participate in the full group training program, to take the Two-Day Workshop so they can understand and support what their leaders and team leads will be learning.
Yes. DREAM4’s Coaching is both structured and informal. Our informal coaching centers around one-on-one coaching where the participant dictates the topics or challenges they want to focus on. Our structured coaching can be tailored to meet your specific time and calendar requirements.
Our emphasis isn’t on a weekend retreat or a three ring binder on a bookshelf. Our training centers around core leadership skills and traits. It is supported by one-on-one coaching and practical tools for application. Our coaches are available throughout the service agreement to contact when a difficult situation arises to offer objective perspective.
Our material is framed around our Maturity Model, which consists of the following tracks: TEAM Dynamics, LEADERSHIP, PROFESSIONAL, and PERSONAL. Each Track has four (4) specific topics with correlating activities to introduce practical daily application and long-term results.
