Coaching Options
We offer both Open and Directed Coaching. Open Coaching is led by the participant. We follow pressing issues or goals that are on their mind. Directed Coaching follows our customized curriculum. Participants choose either our personal, professional, or CliftonStrengths® track.

Our well-rounded team of coaches represents various backgrounds and experiences, allowing participants to connect with someone who understands their perspective and needs.
Regular check-ins and support
Between formal meetings, we provide consistent encouragement and accountability through texts, email, or face-to-face interactions to keep participants moving toward their goals. We also provide a bimonthly newsletter for ongoing learning.
Personalized Pursuit
We are more than an EPA flyer posted in the breakroom. We actively pursue team members in personalized ways to encourage participation and meaningful connection with DREAM4 coaches.

  • What is the ROI of coaching?

  • Is the coaching process confidential?

    Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of our coaching relationship. While overall themes and progress may be shared with management (with permission), specific discussions remain private between coach and participant.

  • When and where do coaching sessions take place?

    Coaching sessions take place during work hours while team members are on the clock at intervals that best suit your needs. Our regular cadence of coaching is every 4-6 weeks, though we customize frequency based on goals and timeline requirements. Coaching can take place online via virtual meetings, or over the phone. Local clients can opt for in-person coaching.

  • How often do participants meet with a coach?

    Participants will meet two weeks after an introductory session. Participants will then meet every 4-6 weeks according to their individual needs and schedule.

  • What are specific ways personal development coaching positively affects the company as a whole?

    DREAM4 has been providing personal development coaching to companies for eight years. Throughout this time we have helped team members navigate workplace conflicts, manage stress, become more proficient in time management, efficiently prioritize work tasks, give and receive constructive feedback, learn to budget so they can live with their current salary, find purpose in their work, change negative and limiting mindsets, and learn to identify and communicate their needs in a healthy, professional manner.     Personal coaching focuses on individual growth and development across various professional and personal dimensions. Leadership coaching specifically targets skills needed to effectively lead teams, including delegation, motivation, and strategic thinking.
