Aristotle suggested that to change who we are, we must change what we do—but first, we must understand where we stand. Just like a doctor begins with a health assessment or a school starts with a placement test, organizations need a clear picture of their current state before they can improve.

Our Organizational Health Assessment helps eliminate guesswork, offering companies an accurate and efficient starting point for growth. Often, issues like disconnects between leadership and teams don’t show up in metrics but are felt in morale and culture. These unseen gaps can hinder communication and progress.
Whether a company’s challenges are obvious or complex, improvement starts with clarity. DREAM4’s assessment, built on our Maturity Model, evaluates every area of an organization—from individuals and teams to leadership.

Our goal is not only to identify where your organization is but also to provide a clear path toward better health and performance.
Pre-Assessment
This meeting with the leadership team will allow DREAM4 to assess the perceived health of the team and discuss any particular areas of concern.
Initial Communication
How this assessment will be presented to your organization is important. DREAM4 will help you customize an introduction that is in alignment with your company values.
Quantitative and Qualitative Assessment
DREAM4  provides a comprehensive survey based on our Maturity Model. We tailor follow-up, confidential interviews with a portion of the organization’s team members.
Debrief and Recommendations
After collecting the information, we compile a comprehensive summary of the data, which includes both areas of strength and opportunities for growth.
What we're better able to do now is challenge each other appropriately and respectfully and then work towards getting better. And it's not divisive. It's a productive conversation about how we can get better and how we can improve.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about our services, process, or team? You’ll find answers here, but if you need more help, feel free to contact us directly.

  • What is organizational health, and why does it matter?

Organizational health refers to the overall well-being and effectiveness of an organization, encompassing, but not limited to, employee engagement and morale, alignment with the organization’s vision and values, effective communication, trust, and overall performance.

  • How comprehensive is the assessment? What areas does it cover?

The DREAM4 OHA encompasses all areas of our Maturity Model, including the health and behaviors of individuals both personally and professionally, as well as their leadership roles and team dynamics.

  • How is data collected (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups)?

Data is collected quantitatively through an anonymous comprehensive survey and measured on the Likert scale. Data is collected qualitatively through confidential interviews of employees throughout different areas of the organization.

  • How is confidentiality handled to ensure honest feedback?

For the survey, names and contact information are not required. For the interviews, the feedback is recorded anonymously and reporting is handled sensitively and with discretion.

  • What recommendations or follow-up actions are included?

We provide the top 3-5 areas where the organization can focus to capitalize on its strengths. We also offer the top 3-5 areas where the organization can focus on its blind spots. Tangible, actionable steps are provided in all of those areas.

  • Who in the organization should participate in the assessment?

Typically everyone in the organization takes the assessment, but we work with each organization to tailor participation to its needs.
