Capsule Options
Jump Start Workshops offer a condensed version of our full curriculum to give organizations a quick, yet rich introduction to our professional, leadership, personal, and team coaching programs.
Timing Options
Our experienced facilitators will collaborate with the organization to tailor the timing to fit your needs. We offer 1-2 day intensives or multiple half-day workshops.
Program Options
Organizations may choose from 5 different curricular program offerings: CliftonStrengths, Team Dynamics, Personal, Professional, or Leadership Development.
Platform Options
Whether you desire to have an in-person program, virtual program, or combo of both, we are equipped to facilitate the workshop to fit the needs of your organization.
One of the great things about DREAM4 is that the Coach holds you accountable without making you feel bad about yourself. With a DREAM4 Coach, you're not in it alone. You come in and say, "Here's what my goals are." Then your DREAM4 Coach basically helps you say, "Are these goals realistic?" And if they're not, then they help you think about what's a more realistic goal, or do I need to extend the time.

    Our programs are based on our Maturity Model for Organizational Health, which encompasses human skills essential to growth in the following areas: Personal, Professional, Leadership, and Team-Building.

    Our facilitators use interactive learning, which includes group discussions, experiential activities, facilitator instruction, and collaborative engagement.

  • What should participants expect to gain from the program?

    Participants will receive a workbook, practical tools and resources, and the chance to practice using the skills learned. Our experience shows that the opportunity to engage on areas specifically targeted to their needs will invigorate your team’s passion for their work and the success of the organization.

  • What should managers/owners expect to gain from the program?

    From our debrief conversation following the event, managers and owners can derive more insight into the needs and unique strengths of their team members and how to leverage the knowledge gained from our program for continuous improvement.
